  • "You / User" refers to any person who accesses this website or engages our services.
  • "Services" refers to the consulting services we provide, including Management Reporting Redesign, Corporate Development Strategy, and Vendor Consolidation Study.
  • "Website" refers to our website accessible at saikungg.info and all associated pages.
  • "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions as accepted by you.
  • "Engagement" refers to a specific consulting project agreed between us and a client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. Use of the website by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted.

3. Service Description

Sai Kung provides advisory and consulting services to organisations in Hong Kong and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Our three practice areas are Management Reporting Redesign, Corporate Development Strategy, and Vendor Consolidation Study. Each engagement is defined by a written scope document agreed with the client prior to commencement. Services are available to business entities and are not designed for personal consumer use.

4. User Responsibilities

When using this website and engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all communications with us
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of our website or systems
  • Not transmit any harmful, unlawful, or offensive content via our communication channels
  • Maintain confidentiality of any non-public information shared with you as part of an engagement

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Sai Kung and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent. Deliverables produced during a client engagement are provided to the client for internal business use under a limited, non-exclusive licence. Proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed by Sai Kung remain our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for each engagement are agreed in the written scope document prior to work commencing. All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Payment terms are as specified in the relevant scope document or engagement letter. We reserve the right to pause work on an engagement where invoices remain outstanding beyond agreed payment dates.

7. Service Delivery

We will use reasonable skill and care to deliver engagements in accordance with the agreed scope document. Timelines are estimates based on the information available at scoping. Where delays arise due to factors outside our control — including delays in receiving required information from the client — we will communicate these promptly and propose a revised schedule. Changes to scope are managed through a written change request process.

8. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we make no representations as to its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. Consulting advice provided during engagements is based on information available at the time and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional or legal advice in specific situations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law in Hong Kong, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sai Kung against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or your provision of false or misleading information to us.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant scope document. Upon termination, fees for work completed to date are payable. We reserve the right to terminate access to this website or refuse further engagements where these Terms have been materially breached.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution in the first instance. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sai Kung regarding use of this website, unless a separate written engagement agreement has been signed. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
